Who is she?

Yup it's Defia Rosmaniar. She is a taekwondo atlet from Indonesia. She is born in Bogor 25 May 1995 (28 y.o). She's studied at Jakarta State University.

She got to know taekwondo from his older cousin when he was still at Junior high school. Defia trains diligently at the Bogor City Polwil Unit under the guidance of trainers Sabeumnim Syamsudin and Sabeumnim Soleh Basuni. She won the gold medal for the women's team at the U-29 Malaysia Open 2014 event, the gold medal for the mixed team and individual at the U-29 Chunceon Korea Open 2015, and the gold medal at the U-30 Poomsae Taekwondo World Hanmadang 2016 event. Besides that she is also famous because she is the first gold contributor to Indonesia in the prestigious 2018 Asian Games and she won this championship at 23 y.o.


Why do i idolize her? 

 Because she is a role model for me in carrying out my obligations as a taekwondo athlete.
