 Hello my name is Kirana Putriliyan Prayaschita, I'm 15 y.o I'm born in Bandung 7 July 2008. My hobby is singing and hearing music as specialy lana del rey song, I like sport too. I really like to watching movies like netflix or other app, i love food but i never get fat or something i don't know why'-'. And I'm from X-1 in Senior High school 3. Nice to meet you all.

MY RESOLUTION

it's not easy to get through 2023 but I make it, there are many bad things that I have to fix in 2024 so that I can become a better person so... in 2024 I must to :  - I have to study harder to pursue my dreams - more enthusiastic to learn something  - must be more independent as a woman - I will focus on improving myself and don't care about the negative words that other people give to me - I will improve my lifestyle which was previously not good - stop chasing something that doesn't matter for me - I will be prouder of my parents and the people who love me - and I will be social butterfly again hehe

Defia Rosmaniar

  Who is she? Yup it's Defia Rosmaniar. She is a taekwondo atlet from Indonesia. She is born in Bogor 25 May 1995 (28 y.o). She's studied at Jakarta State University. She got to know taekwondo from his older cousin when he was still at Junior high school. Defia trains diligently at the Bogor City Polwil Unit under the guidance of trainers Sabeumnim Syamsudin and Sabeumnim Soleh Basuni. She won the gold medal for the women's team at the U-29 Malaysia Open 2014 event, the gold medal for the mixed team and individual at the U-29 Chunceon Korea Open 2015, and the gold medal at the U-30 Poomsae Taekwondo World Hanmadang 2016 event. Besides that she is also famous because she is the first gold contributor to Indonesia in the prestigious 2018 Asian Games and she won this championship at 23 y.o.
